Version 1.0 of the Moodle Interactive Explain question behaviour January 2023

Created this changelog file.

Bumped version to 1.0

Was not picking up strings from local plugin, as discussed here https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=442834&parent=1781336

If set to plain text area it would overrun the boundaries of the enclosing box. Added form-control class. Updated readme.
